One of the ways we support our rescue efforts is by operating a boarding and daycare facility for cats and dogs! This boarding facility funds New River Animal Rescue with the costs of saving unwanted cats and dogs in Fayette County, WV and surrounding areas. NRAR does not receive any money from the county or any other outside source, and we rely solely on individual donations, grant funding, and Barks & Boops! This boarding/daycare operation is essential to supporting our mission and enables us to continue to save lives.
(Both Barks & Boops and New River Animal Rescue are 501(c)3 nonprofits operating under the umbrella the New River Humane Society.)
