Spay & Neuter

We currently offer a subsidized spay/neuter program for eligible Fayette, Clay, and Wyoming County residents for a $25 minimum donation per pet. The program operates entirely through online applications.

Eligibility

• Permanent Fayette, Clay, or Wyoming County, WV resident with a local mailing address
• Age 18 or older
• Completed and signed application

Vaccination Requirements

Animals must be current on vaccinations at least 10 days before surgery, and must be at least 6 months old:

• Cats: Distemper, Leukemia, Rabies
• Dogs: Parvo, Distemper, Rabies

What the Program Covers

Your $25 donation goes toward the actual cost we pay per surgery:

• Cat spay: $84–$102
• Cat neuter: $51–$67
• Dog spay: $93–$200
• Dog neuter: $72–$200

Fill out the online submission form and provide the $25 minimum donation per pet via card or Venmo (not PayPal).
