Kiley Price

Board President | Rescue Coordinator

Kiley Price has been a dedicated part of our rescue family for more than 12 years, serving as our Rescue Coordinator and now as Board President. Her passion for helping animals and connecting them with loving homes is at the heart of everything she does.

When she's not volunteering with the rescue, she works in Occupational Therapy in the school system. In her free time, she enjoys reading and, most of all, spending time with her family — including her precious dogs and cats, who have a very special place in her heart.

She is grateful for the opportunity to spend her time helping animals in need and being part of a community that believes every animal deserves a chance at a better life.

Jennifer White

Executive Director

Jennifer White is the Executive Director of New River Animal Rescue, overseeing daily operations, staff management and community outreach. Her experience in business and management, animal care and community outreach plays a vital role in ensuring every animal receives compassionate and high quality care.

Jennifer started at New River Animal Rescue as a Kennel Technician and was promoted to Executive Director in June of 2025. Her passion and dedication to our animals ranges from medical rehabilitation and behavioral support to working with the rescue coordinator for home or rescue placement of each animal.

Under Jennifer's direction, New River Animal Rescue has improved shelter facilities, worked with local businesses, and formed a compassionate and dedicated team of employees and volunteers — and she is continuing to give her all as Executive Director.

Jennifer believes that collaboration between community members, volunteers and local partners is the key to saving more lives.

Cynthia Holcomb

Adoption & Foster Coordinator | Board Secretary

Cynthia Holcomb serves as the Adoption & Foster Coordinator and Secretary on the Board of Directors for New River Animal Rescue. Her journey with the rescue began a few years ago when she started fostering, and her passion for helping animals eventually led her to join the board.

Cynthia has a special place in her heart for senior dogs, feral cats, and horses. She loves giving animals the second chances they deserve and helping them find loving forever homes.

When she's not working with the rescue, Cynthia enjoys hiking, reading the latest thrillers, and enjoying an iced latte at any local coffee shop.
